• Enjoy a sumptuous and traditional dish of Segovia, the Roasted Suckling Pig.
• Salamanca - Visit a Ham (Jamon Iberico) Factory. Jamon is an essential part of the Spanish culture (Subject to opening hours) and enjoy a Jamon tasting experience.

• The Plaza Mayor - A public space in the heart of Madrid, designed by architect Juan Gómez de Mora.
• Excursion to Óbidos - A charming medieval town build with castle walls. Free time to explore the cobblestone street of these beautiful villages.

• Enjoy a sumptuous Arroz de Marisco - Portuguese Seafood Rice.
