REMARKS

1. In the event of local religious festivals, unforeseen circumstances and/or bad weather conditions, the sequence of the itinerary, flight schedules, meals and hotels are subject to change without prior notice. Alternative attractions will be substituted without prior notice in order to ensure a smoother journey.
2. All hotel ratings are based on local standard. During major events, accommodation may be re-located to another city without prior notice. 
3. In the event that a place of visit is fully booked or closed due to public engagement or bad weather conditions, it will be replaced with an alternative. 
4. Should there be any discrepancies over the English and Chinese Version of the Itinerary, we shall follow accordingly to the English Version. 
5. We, as a Travel Agent shall not be held responsible in the event of a flight delay which can lead to disruptions in the itinerary. 
6. Tour Fare Includes: Sightseeing, transfer and all entrance fee as per itinerary. Daily 1 bottle of Mineral Water, tipping for guide and driver : USD 6 or KRW 7,000 x 04 Days; Tour Fare Excludes: Accommodation is based on twin sharing basis, any opional tour, meals.
7. Child age based on year of birth between 2 years old(24month) – 12 years old. Infant age based on year of birth below 2 years old, Child Fare is Same with Adult. Infant : FOC.
8. Fare quoted based on the proposed group size. Any reduction of group size may be required to requote.
9. Fare is based on MANDARIN or ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER GUIDE.Cancellation Charge for entire group - Before 3 days from the date of arrival : 100% tour fare.
10. There is no booking or reservation has been made at this stage. We will only proceed with the necessary arrangement upon receiving your written confirmation.
11. To arrange smooth running of the tour , the sequence of itinerary might need to be changed by any unexpected circumstances or weather condition.
